- Today 2,830 schools offer at least one of the three programs to almost 800,000 students in 138 countries

- To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.

- Class presentation of 10 minutes:
- Do school reports accurately reflect a student’s progress?
- Are the portraits in the hall ‘Art’?

- Who owns the holocaust?
- Is polygamy ethical?
- Extended Essay (EE) (4000 words)
- Gives an opportunity for independent research
- Allows choice of focus and the development of a particular passion
- Requires the development of tertiary level research skills
